Our office provides a number of services to make your visit as efficient as possible. We provide in office:
-x-ray-diagnostic ultrasound-custom orthotics-small surgical procedures-application of casts for fractures-we carry a variety of foot products from skin creams, toe pads, braces, fracture boots, etc.-diabetic wound care-Medicare Diabetic shoes and inserts-*Laser treatment for nail fungus -Now performing noninvasive vascular testing for peripheral aterial disease
-Now testing for small fiber neuropathy which includes diabetic neruopathy via small skin biopsy
Insurance
Our practice is associated with most insurance plans for this area. It can be difficult to list every company and their umbrella companies. This includes many PPO and HMO plans. We are also contracted with Medicare.
We ask that you be involved with you healthcare, part of which is knowing your insurance provider benefits. We can't possibly know everything about your individual plan, but will be happy to assist you in any way we can to make your visit pleasant. Please check with your insurance or your primary care doctor to see if you need a referral and have that prior to coming in the office. You are welcome to have your doctor mail or fax that referral directly to us (1-866-358-1067).
